Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, intentional way of breathing that helps you reconnect with your body, release stored tension and process emotions safely. Unlike shallow or automatic breathing, this technique uses continuous, connected breaths to activate your body’s natural healing and regulation processes.
Through this practice, you can:
Each session is guided, supportive and tailored to your needs. You don’t need any experience just a willingness to breathe and explore what comes up. Over time, conscious connected breathwork can help you feel more grounded, present and fully alive in your body.
Because it’s a guided, breath-led journey that lets you process stuck energy, emotions, and subconscious beliefs without needing to “think” your way through it.
It’s not about lying on a yoga mat with spa music (though there’s a little of that too 😉).
It’s about:
Every session meets you where you are, helping you reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and access a sense of clarity, presence, and freedom.
✔ Constantly in your head, overthinking every move
✔ Tired of being “the strong one” with nowhere to fall apart
✔ Doing the mindset work but not feeling the shifts
✔ Holding emotional tension in your chest, gut or jaw
✔ Ready to let go, cry, laugh, breathe and feel
✔ Craving calm that doesn’t rely on willpower

Before you read this clients testimonial, I want you to know that this is the results from just 1 breathwork session!
"I’d find myself crying for what felt like no reason. But deep down, there was a reason. I just hadn’t faced it yet.
Louise gently encouraged me to try a breathwork session. I was apprehensive. What if the others thought my fear that I wasn’t good enough, was silly? But something told me to go. I didn’t realise then how transformative that one decision would be.
As Louise guided us through the breathwork, I tried to hold it all together. I didn’t want to cry in front of everyone. But something broke open inside me. I started sobbing. At first, I fought it until I heard Louise say it was okay to shout, scream, cry… whatever came up. And then it all came out, in buckets. Years of suppressed emotion I didn’t even know I was carrying.
I left the session feeling completely drained but in the best way. Like I had finally let go of something heavy.
The next day, Louise checked in on me, but I was still too embarrassed to reply. Little did she know, something had shifted. By the next week, I felt like a completely different woman. Louise noticed it straight away.
I had a big competition coming up. One that used to fill me with anxiety. But now? I looked at Louise and said, “I’m going to win. It’s my turn. I deserve it.”
And I did. I won the biggest competition of my life.
Looking back now, I realise I just needed to let go. To stop trying to be good enough for anyone else, and start being enough for me.
I haven’t looked back since"

No experience is needed! My breathwork sessions are designed for everyone – whether you're new to breathwork or have practiced before.
A quiet place where you won't be disturbed (if taking part online), A yoga mat or somewhere comfortable to lie on, comfortable clothes, water, note book and pen, Headphones (if online), pillow, blanket, eye mask and an open mind.
I guide you through specific breathing techniques while creating a safe and supportive environment. Music and verbal cues are used to enhance the experience.
The frequency of practice can vary based on individual needs and goals. Some may benefit from weekly sessions, while others might find monthly sessions sufficient. Listen to your body and you can ask me for personalised advice on what I recommend. I can also show you breathwork techniques that you can use daily.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous! While I encourage self-expression, you are not required to share anything during the session. The experience is personal and you can participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you. You’ll still benefit from the breathwork process, even if you choose to keep your experience private.
