Body-led practices to breathe, feel and reconnect
The classes I offer are grounded, nervous-system-aware spaces designed to support regulation, presence, and self-trust. They are not about performance, fixing, or pushing yourself into an experience. They are about creating the conditions for your body to do what it already knows how to do.
All sessions are guided with clarity, choice, and care. You are always encouraged to work at your own pace.

Breathwork is a powerful, body-led way to regulate the nervous system, move emotion and reconnect with your inner state.
These sessions use conscious breathing practices to support release, clarity and a deeper sense of presence. Each class is guided in a way that feels safe, spacious and supportive, with time for integration built in.
Breathwork classes may be experienced in person or online.
Embodiment classes invite you out of your head and back into your body.
Through breath, movement, stillness and somatic awareness, these sessions support you to feel more grounded, connected and at ease in yourself. The focus is on sensing and listening rather than analysing or performing.
Embodiment classes are suitable whether you are new to body-based work or looking to deepen an existing practice.
Online sessions offer the same guided experience from the comfort of your own space.
They are ideal if you prefer to practise at home, live further afield, or want to integrate this work into your routine more consistently. Sessions are live and interactive, with clear guidance throughout.
All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection and the ability to lie down or move gently.
I also offer private sessions and bespoke group experiences.
These can be tailored for:

• Corporate teams and organisations
• Small private groups
• One-to-one sessions
Private bookings are created with intention and care, aligning the session with your group, setting and desired outcome, whether that is regulation, connection, or deeper rest.
