Hi, I'm Louise

Here's how this work began for me

There’s a lot of pressure in the world to hold it together, keep going and stay productive no matter how you feel underneath it all.

This is something I lived for most of my life. I threw myself into work, kept everything bottled up and regularly pushed through until I eventually burnt out.

Then COVID happened and everything stopped.

What I thought were my coping mechanisms disappeared, and I was left with everything I had been pushing down for years coming to the surface. I couldn’t keep functioning in the same way anymore.

It was the first time I really had to stop and face what was actually going on inside me.

I allowed myself to be vulnerable. I asked for help. And I started a process of not just healing, but learning how to live in a way that felt more honest, more present and more connected to myself.

My approach

I don’t believe in pushing people into intensity for the sake of it.

I believe in creating spaces where your system can start to settle enough that you can actually feel yourself again. Sometimes that looks like breathwork. Sometimes it’s movement. Sometimes it’s stillness. Often it’s a mix of all three.

There’s no performance here. No need to get it right.

Just practices that support you in coming back into connection with yourself, in a way that feels real and sustainable.

Why this work matters

When you’re disconnected from your body, it’s easy to override what you feel, ignore what you need and stay stuck in patterns that don’t serve you.

Coming back into your body changes that.

Not in a dramatic, overnight way, but in small shifts. More awareness. More space. More choice in how you respond to life.

That’s what this work is really about.

Training & Experience

Alongside my lived experience, I’ve trained in breathwork and embodiment practices that support nervous system awareness, emotional processing and body-based regulation.

But what shapes my work most is what I see in people, session after session. The moment someone drops out of their head and back into themselves. That change is what I keep building around.

Working together

You can join my work through online classes, in-person sessions, breathwork, or embodiment practices depending on what you need.

Everything is designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

I also regularly bring classes into different spaces, and I’m always open to offering sessions in new venues that feel aligned.
